Dr Najib Altawell

Dr Najib Altawell is a global authority on sustainable energy systems, known for bridging the worlds of science, policy and technology. An international academic, author and consultant, he helps organisations adapt to the realities of the energy transition while exploring how digital transformation can drive long-term environmental resilience. For more than seventeen years, Najib has worked across the UK, Europe and the Middle East, translating complex environmental and technological themes into accessible strategies for corporate and governmental audiences. Najib began his academic career with a BSc in Computer Science from Westminster University, followed by an MRes in Nanotechnology and Nanoelectronics from Surrey University, and a PhD in Environmental Engineering from the University of Nottingham.
