Cara’s career spans over two decades across global multinationals including Google, Reckitt Benckiser and Saatchi & Saatchi, where she held senior roles in business administration and operations. Inspired to create healthier work environments, she launched Softer Success® in 2018, combining data-driven insights with wellbeing science to transform business performance. She is the creator of the ‘Walk Through the Forest’ tool, a 90-second assessment co-developed with leading universities including Imperial College London, King’s College London, Leuven University, and is a member of the Harvard Human Flourishing Network. The tool is designed to diagnose organisational inefficiencies and burnout risk with remarkable speed and accuracy.
