Eilecia Bovard is a sustainability keynote speaker and climate leader whose work centres on turning climate ambition into credible, human-led action. As Founder of the Institute for Sustainable Wellbeing and an EU Climate Pact Ambassador, Eilecia operates at the intersection of climate policy, community engagement and systems change. Her approach blends climate science, behavioural insight and wellbeing, helping organisations understand not only what must change, but how to mobilise people to act. Drawing on lived experience across Europe and the US, she brings a grounded, solutions-led voice to global sustainability conversations.

Eilecia’s career is defined by leadership roles that translate sustainability frameworks into operational impact. She founded the Institute for Sustainable Wellbeing, a global initiative advancing circularity, social impact and climate resilience through citizen engagement and organisational programmes. Alongside this, she serves as a Climate Engager and EU Climate Pact Ambassador, supporting the European Green Deal by activating local climate education and action. In parallel, Eilecia works within higher education as a Success Advisor at Tomorrow University of Applied Sciences, where she supports entrepreneurs and leaders building climate-positive ventures across sustainability, innovation and technology.

A significant chapter of Eilecia’s work includes her role as Co-Founder and CEO of The Perfect Farm, an award-winning emissions reduction and sustainable investment platform for European livestock farmers. Developed during her MSc in Sustainability, Entrepreneurship and Technology, the platform addressed methane mitigation through scalable, finance-backed solutions. Under her leadership, the venture secured the Norway StartUp Idea Award and an Innovation Norway Startup Grant, recognising its contribution to sustainable food systems. Eilecia is also a Gold Standard trained Carbon Project Developer, with specialist expertise in voluntary carbon markets, climate finance and emissions reduction strategies aligned with the 2030 and 2050 climate agendas.
