“Paolo has meticulously crafted an innovative curriculum for ‘Global Operations and Projects’. Combined with his confident lecture style and his memorable, modern-day examples, he delivers an exceptionally well-rounded take on an incredibly broad topic, prompting students to seek out areas of interest while simultaneously helping them develop a solid understanding of the fundamentals of project management. From detailing every step of a Gantt chart to an innovative demonstration on ‘How to Present Effectively’, Paolo’s teachings have been instrumental to my success in securing offers from Amazon and Uber for program management, and I am extremely grateful for both his module and his constant support. “

“It is very rare that you come across standout all-round talent and a humble person like Paolo. He is one of the most intelligent people that I have ever had the privilege to know. I had the pleasure of working with Paolo for six months on a sustainability project. Over the course of the project, he foresaw the mission and mentored me through several hardships with thought leadership. Not only was he an outstanding coach, but he also became my mentor and a friend. He is a calculated risk taker, strategic leader and a highly articulate individual – which is evident, seeing how he was able to manage multiple projects and still made a dramatic difference in the productivity level of my team. Professional, Sincere, Inspirational – I strongly believe these are the attributes that best describe Paolo, Oh… and he is also a very suave individual. Talk about maintaining the rich Italian heritage! He certainly makes every Italian person proud! In my book, Paolo is a textbook democratic and visionary leader who should be well sought after in this fast-paced ever ever-changing business world. He would be an asset to any business, and any employer would be lucky to have him in the workplace. “
