He then advanced to BT, becoming Head of Sustainability and guiding one of the UK’s largest communications companies through key environmental initiatives. His expertise and influence extended beyond the corporate sector through his role as a Corporate Member at The Fore, a foundation supporting social enterprises. Nicholas’s global perspective deepened when he took on leadership roles in sustainability at Rothschild & Co. and Zalando, where he helped shape ESG strategy and sustainable business models within finance and fashion, respectively. In his current position as Vice President of Sustainability at DP World, Nicholas continues to lead ambitious sustainability programmes with international reach, advancing global trade in a more responsible and resilient way.
