His expeditions have broken records and raised awareness about preserving the environment. Through his daring pursuits, he inspires others to adopt sustainable practices and explore the beauty of our planet responsibly.

At the age of 23, he embarked on a solo, unsupported trek across Mongolia, covering 1,500 miles over the Altai Mountains and the Gobi Desert in 78 challenging days. Locals dubbed him the ‘lonely snow leopard’ for his solitary journey. He later completed a 1,600-mile expedition across Madagascar via its eight highest peaks, overcoming hardships including a near-fatal bout with malaria. In 2018, he set out on a year-long mission, walking 4,000 miles along the Yangtze River, each adventure deepening his commitment to nature and sustainability.

Honoured with awards such as the UK Adventurer of the Year in 2015 and the Welsh Adventurer of the Year in 2016, he has proven his mettle both in exploration and environmental advocacy. He serves as an ambassador for Malaria No More UK and has been a representative for Madagascar Tourism. By partnering with esteemed organisations like the WWF, Yibin Fishery Department, Water-To-Go, the British Consulate General and the Green Development Foundation, he has effectively communicated the positive impact of sustainable practices and conservation efforts. His work highlights the critical need to protect natural habitats and promote responsible living.

As a speaker, he has captivated audiences worldwide with his compelling narratives and practical insights on sustainability. His speaking tours have led him to share experiences in Singapore, Myanmar, Korea and China, as well as engagements at schools, universities and even in British Parliament alongside notable figures such as Annie Lennox.
