Tony Juniper is a leading environmentalist, passionate to see the future become more sustainable. Having worked with many of the top environmental organisations across the country, Tony is currently the Chairman of Natural England and on a mission to restore the environment not only of the UK but the world as a whole. Now booked as a sustainability speaker, Tony is able to cover topics such as corporate responsibility, what steps can be taken to better the environment, climate change and more.

Before joining Natural England, Tony worked in roles such as Special Adviser to the Prince of Wales’s International Sustainability Unit, President of The Wildlife Trusts and an Executive Director of Advocacy and Campaigns for the WWF in the UK. He has also committed his interests as a Trustee of Flora and Fauna International and as a Global Ambassador for The World Parrot Trust, demonstrating his dedication to the environment and the world’s fantastic species. He has also formerly stood as a candidate for the Green Party in Cambridge during the General Elections in 2010.

Tony has also acted as a Fellow of the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership and was a founder of Robertsbridge– a company driven to help others achieve their sustainability goals. He has also sat as a board member of the Bioplastics Feedstock Alliance and been a Trustee of the Solar Aid and Ecologist-Resurgence magazine. His commitment to various environmental organisations has earned him many awards, most notably the 2013 Chromy Award and his appointment as CBE during the 2017 Queen’s Birthday Honours.

The author of books such as Harmony, What Has Nature Ever Done For US?, What Nature Does For Britain, Saving Planet Earth and more, Tony is also booked as a sustainability speaker for corporate events. Frequently lecturing and speaking on a variety of environmental issues, Tony uses his previous experience and passion as an environmentalist to cover topics such as corporate social responsibility, sustainability, climate change, what nature does for us and what steps we can take to better the environment.
