Frank Pope is a leading environmentalist and conservationist, famed for his love of the ocean. Fascinated by what lies beneath the water, Frank has continually made headlines for his work concerning the environment, having previously presented programmes for the BBC. Now booked as a sustainability speaker for corporate events, Frank is passionate to spread awareness of protecting the earth and marine conservation.

Best known for his efforts as a conservationist, Frank is the CEO of Save the Elephants. As the CEO of Save the Elephants, Frank is working to see that their mission of securing a better future for the species and sustaining the environment in which the elephants live is achieved. Frank is also widely known for his former role as the Ocean Correspondent for The Times, with Frank being the world’s only reporter dedicated solely to the ocean. As Ocean Correspondent, Frank covered a multitude of topics, from piracy to shipwrecks and offshore energy.

Outside of reporting on the ocean and saving elephants, Frank has also turned his talents to television presenting. He has formerly filmed with the BBC, presenting Thames Shipwrecks: A Race Against Time and Britain’s Secret Seas. He has also authored his own books, titled Dragon Sea: A True Tale of Intrigue, Treasure and Adventure Under the Waves and 72 Hours. Becoming deeply concerned with marine conservation, Frank is also an Ambassador for the Blue Marine Foundation– an organisation that enables marine conservation to be accelerated.
